This ten story building is designed as the Regional Headquarters building for IBM Corporation and the development is located between the North Atlanta, Suburbs of Cumberland and Buckhead. The design features a fully self contained office environment with offices, cafeteria, computer rooms, reception, meeting and conference space for the building owner/user and guests with lush landscaping and a lake which was created as a visual amenity and retention area.
The building is designed as the first phase of a multiple phase corporate campus to be constructed in three phases. The structural frame is steel reinforced poured in place concrete and the skin is a smooth faced reinforced architectural concrete with bronze glass in bronze aluminum frames. The HVAC system was designed with a central centrifugal chiller utilizing variable air volume boxes, for air distribution.
The building has approximately 450,000 gross square feet. With 400,000 useable square feet.
