The diagonal outdoor “Promenade� serves to provide pedestrian access connection the various uses directly with the corner of Peachtree and Fourteenth Street the heart of the midtown district. The massing and shape of the uses was driven by the various user requirements as was the development of the exterior skin fenestration and materials.
The signature top was created to give the entire development a distinctive elegant identify on the skyline. The twenty-story office building serves as the Regional Headquarters for ATT Corporation. The design features a fully self contained office environment with kitchen, cafeteria, computer floors, boardroom, meeting and conference space for the building, Owner/User, tenants and guest with a landscaped “Promenade� created to connect the office, hotel and retail uses and serves as a visual amenity to the projects users and the public.
The structural frame is steel reinforced concrete and the skin is a combination of aluminum curtain wall and architectural pre-cast concrete panels with insulating glass is colored aluminum frames. The building HVAC. system is designed with a centrifugal chillers utilizing, an fan on each floor and variable air volume boxes for air distribution to various tenants. The building has approximately 950,000 gross square feet with approximately 800,000 usable square feet.
