This three, five story buildings designed as a speculative office building and is a part of a larger mixed use office, hotel, and retail development located in North Atlanta, Georgia. The design features an out door “gathering place� for tenants and guests with lush landscaping and a waterfall.

The three buildings were designed to be constructed in three phases. The structural frame is steel reinforced poured in place concrete and the skin is a heavily textured pre-cast panels and bronze glass in bronze aluminum frames. The HVAC system was designed with a central centrifugal chiller utilizing variable air volume boxes, and electrical heating in ducts. The building has approximately 300,000 gross square feet. With 265,000 useable square feet.
