This a structural steel frame building with bar joists, metal deck and insulated roof deck and asphalt roof. The facade was designed with solar bronze, double insulating reflective glass and with split face concrete masonry unit infill panels. The HVAC system was designed with roof top mounted condensing units with electric reheat.
