This four story building is designed as a build to suit office building built for and exclusively occupied by the Tampa marketing and sales division of IBM corporation. The project is a part of Landmark Center Tampa, a 1,000,000 square feet mixed use office, and retail development located in Tampa, Florida. The design features an indoor atrium āgathering placeā? for tenants and guests with lush landscaping and a water feature. The building is sited adjacent to a lake which was created as an attractive landscape feature and retention area.
The structural frame is steel reinforced pre-cast concrete and the skin is a combination of medium textured cream colored pre-cast panels and bronze glass in bronze aluminum frames. The HVAC system was designed with a central centrifugal chiller utilizing variable air volume boxes, and electrical heating in ducts. The building has approximately 140,000 gross square feet with 125,000 useable square feet.
