This seven story building is designed as the Headquarters Building for South Central Bell and the is located in the Central Business District of Jackson Mississippi. The design features a fully self contained office environment with offices, cafeteria, computer rooms, reception, meeting and conference space for the buildings Corporate owner/user, other office tenants and guests. The design features an interior atrium “gathering space��? for use by the building occupants, civic organizations, and corporate events.

The building is an urban mixed use development with retail and office support tenants. The structural frame is steel reinforced poured in place concrete and the skin is a pre-cast panel concrete with bronze glass in bronze aluminum frames.

The HVAC system was designed with a central centrifugal chiller utilizing variable air volume boxes, for air distribution.

The building has approximately 450,000 gross square feet. With 400,000 useable square feet.
