Located in beautiful Destin, Florida this mixed use resort condominium residential development boosts 160,000 square foot and contains 59 residential units ranging in size from 1,250 square feet to 5,500 square feet. 2WR Holmes Wilkins Architects provided design services and Hardin Construction was the general contractor.

In 2004, the Rutland Company began to diversify from our core development product of resort condominiums, to focus on the underserved market of retail and office. After about a year and half we successfully assembled and purchased the tracts of land today know as Rosa del Mar. This three, five story buildings designed as a speculative office building and is a part of a larger mixed use office, hotel, and retail development located in North Atlanta, Georgia. These two, eight-story buildings are anchored by AT&T which took 50% of each building so that they could take half of their total need in one year and the other half 18 months later. The balance of the space was rented as speculative office space to smaller tenants buildings and are a part of the larger mixed use office, hotel, and retail development known as Concourse located in North Atlanta, Georgia.  continued »
