This ten story building is designed as the Regional Headquarters building for IBM Corporation and the development is located between the North Atlanta, Suburbs of Cumberland and Buckhead. The design features a fully self contained office environment with offices, cafeteria, computer rooms, reception, meeting and conference space for the building owner/user and guests with lush landscaping and a lake which was created as a visual amenity and retention area. continued »
Sun Trust Center, MXD [Tampa, Florida]
Sun Trust Mixed Use Development is comprised of a class A office building, restaurant, support retail and the parking associated with these uses. The development is located in the heart of Tampa Central Business District.
The outdoor landscape plaza and entry located at the corners of the block serves to provide pedestrian access as well as creating a significant open space within the heart of the financial district. The massing and shape of the uses were driven by the various user requirements, as was the development of the exterior skin fenestration. continued »

Promenade Mixed Use Development master plan Is comprised of a three class office buildings, a 350 room convention hotel with ballroom and meeting rooms, restaurants, support retail and the parking associated with these uses.
The development is located in the heart of the Atlanta Midtown District. The massing and shape of the uses was driven by the various user requirements as was the development of the exterior skin fenestration and materials.
The signature top was created to give the entire development a distinctive elegant identify on the skyline. continued »

Maryland Causualty Regional Headquarters [Perimeter Center Atlanta, Georgia]
This three story building is designed as a Regional Headquarters building for the Maryland Casualty Life Insurance Company. The anchor tenant occupied about 85,000 square feet and the remaining space was leased to smaller speculative office tenants. The building is part of Perimeter Center mixed use office, hotel and retail development located in north Atlanta, Georgia.
This building is a steel reinforced concrete structure. The facade is a marble accent strips and precast concrete panels with bronze reflective glass in aluminum frames and on grade parking. The HVAC system was designed with a central centrifugal chiller and variable air volume boxes. continued »

Landmark Center [Orlando, Florida]
These two, six story buildings are anchored by International Business Machines that took 25% of the first building. The balance of the space was rented as speculative office space to smaller tenants.
