This 253,000 square foot resort condominium contains 218 beach front suites with a 24 hour desk and on-site sales and management center. The mixed use development also contains a 5,000 square foot restaurant, rental management desk, office, conference and meeting room, exercise and spa facility, and gift shop. This project was planned as a reinforced concrete frame building of 22 floors with a stucco exterior and pitched structural steel roof with architectural metal panels.

The site is approximately 4 acres with 400 feet of beach frontage with direct access and panoramic views of the Gulf Island National Seashore. The site provides a beautiful waterfront garden setting, with magnificent thousand year old oaks with 7-story canopies, lawns, flowers, sculpture and fountains. A covered pedestrian breeze way connects the pools, gardens, buildings and parking.

The building includes a striking exterior design and finishes, with warmly elegant treatment transitioning from traditional brick to aluminum, glass and stucco finishes. A traditional design theme was used to recall the details from historically significant Biloxi architecture. An intelligent building system was utilizing including state of the art computer and telecommunications networks. An advanced security and safety system with continuous electronic monitoring of people and property was provided. A variety of unit floor plan configurations were available, with efficient 2 bedrooms up to large, 6 bedroom penthouses on the top three floors.
