This four story buidling is designed as a resort condominium and contains 16 residential units with three floor plan types and 32,000 square feet of saleable residential area located in Blue Mountain Beach. The parking area beneath the buildings contains 32 spaces for this project and 46 spaces for the phase on 48 unit development.

These 46 spaces were situated on a cross easement for access and parking purposes. These units have access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico via a public deeded access and beach walk over.

The pool deck located adjacted to the building serves as a gathering place and recreation area for all units. The structure is reinforced concrete.

Included on the top floor of the this building will be a club featuring large patios for libations, viewing, jacuzzi's and private party events.
