The kitchen will be expanded and renovated to include approximately 3,500 square feet of new cooking, scullery, dry storage, freezer/cooler, office and service/loading dock space.

A new 1,900 square foot violation center will be constructed centrally located to all housing in the facility. This visitation center will be served by adjacent parking, a small visitor's lobby, public restrooms, and an accessible elevator.

A 24,000 square foot housing pod will be constructed on the northeast corner of the site. The main floor of the multi-level housing unit will be elevated to tie the existing and new finish floors together. The area beneath the housing unit will be utilized for enclosed/covered outdoor exercise and parking.
